Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Ezidoo, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind that agency.
2. The service
Ezidoo is a software platform that helps travel agencies create, format, and share itineraries and quotations, and manage related contacts and enquiries.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the content you upload - itineraries, customer data, images, and logos. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter, including having any consent required to provide personal data about your customers and travellers;
- ensuring you have the rights to any images you upload; and
- reviewing every quotation and document before you send it to a customer.
5. AI formatting - please verify before sending
Ezidoo's “faithful polish” formats and brands supplier content and is designed not to alter prices, inclusions, or the substance of an itinerary. However, AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the final document - including all prices, inclusions, dates, and details - before sending it to a customer or relying on it. Ezidoo is not responsible for errors in content you submit or in the documents you choose to send.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security or access another tenant's data, to place an unreasonable load on the service, or to upload data you do not have the right to use.
7. Intellectual property
Ezidoo and its software are owned by us. While your account is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Fees
During any free trial or design-partner period, the service is provided free of charge. If paid plans apply to you, the pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charges are made.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and working, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezidoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, during a free period, a nominal amount).
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to comply with the law. When access ends, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
